This page provides detailed information for new and experienced internet shoppers. Note that there are navigation links at the top, bottom and left side of each page. These will allow you to flip from one main page to another main page in the website. On the Home Page in the right column are various logos which will also link you to main pages as you click on them.
Underlined or highlighted words link to secondary pages when you click on them. As you move your cursor across an image, you may see a hand appear. That means you can click on that image for more info.
Many pages have little boxes with a down arrow next to it. Click on that down arrow to find choices in your selections.
Some pages are quite long, so look for periodic 'Quick Nav' links to get you up and down a page more quickly.

ORDERING INFORMATION: On each of the main Golf Discs pages you will find in alphabetical order a chart listing discs available by that manufacturer. (Some pages are quite long, so look for periodic 'Quick Nav' links to get you up and down a page more quickly.) You may order from that 'main' page, or click on any item to link to a 'secondary' or 'description' page with more information and order from that page. Select the weight range you want from the drop down box, type in your color preferences in the color field and enter the quantity you want in the qty field. You can enter info for many items per page before clicking "Add to Cart". In other words, you do not need to order one item at a time while on a page.
The other main pages for Bags, Baskets, Accessories, etc., work similarly with 'Quick Nav' links, 'secondary' or 'description' pages, etc. You can order from the main or description pages in most cases.
When you "Add to Cart" the first time, you will be asked for your zip code and shipping method. (See more info about selecting the best rate and shipping method below.) You can continue shopping or check out when ready.
During the check out process you will first select your payment method. (Please know that the shopping cart is secure and none of your credit card information is saved on our website or premises.) On the next page, you will find a box for special instructions or comments, an area to enter your information and some questions that relate to your preferences for weight and color. If you have comments or suggestions, please let us know. We like to hear the good and need to hear the not so good in order to improve. : )

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS: We try to offer you the best prices. And on top of that, we offer quantity discounts! If you order 11-14 discs, receive a 10% discount; order 15-19 discs, receive a 13% discount; 20 +, receive a 15% discount. PLEASE NOTE: some items such as baskets, some bags, accessories and all Innova products cannot be discounted. The shopping cart will figure the discount on the items that qualify. Please call or e-mail for multiple basket pricing. If you are a store or club interested in wholesale ordering, give us a call or e-mail for pricing.

SHIPPING: The Shopping Cart will ask you for your zip code and preferred shipping method after you add the first item to your cart. While on the shopping cart page, you can change your shipping method to determine the least expensive way to ship. But here are some things to consider:

Domestic Shipping:
This is general information only. To get a confirmed shipping rate, try different methods on the shopping cart.
USPS Priority Mail is usually less expensive for several discs or about 6-9 pounds. A tracking number is provided and emailed to you. If you are ordering just one disc and want it shipped the least expensive way, you will have to request "First Class" in the comment section since the shopping cart does not offer "First Class" as an option. We will bill you accordingly, about $3.50, before running your credit card. If you are paying by PayPal, just change the calculated shipping to $3.50 and pay that amount. Please note that there is no tracking for First Class.
UPS is usually less expensive for more discs or about 9-12 pounds. UPS will email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

International Shipping: The following may help you choose the best shipping method for you.

To Canada:
UPS -- single small packages usually cost less via UPS than most USPS methods. 
Standard (Ground) to Canada (3-5 days) is trackable, insured for up to $100.
Brokerage fees, duty and customs fees are not included in the S&H rate.

There are no brokerage fees if the declared value is less than $20.
Check with your Customs Office for Duty and Customs rates.
If you request that your package be sent as a gift, you may avoid the duty.
If you wish to use USPS, see notes below.

To Overseas:
Single small packages usually will cost less via USPS than UPS.
Two or more packages weighing over 40 pounds each may ship less by UPS.
USPS (US Postal Service) options --
First Class Mail International is not trackable and not insurable.  Delivery time "Varies."  Buyer assumes all risks.  Least expensive, but risky.
Priority Mail International (6-10 days) is trackable and is usually adequately insured.  If insurance provided with the service is not adequate, you have the option of purchasing more.
Express Mail International (6 days) is trackable and fully insured.  Most expensive, but fastest.
Delivery times may vary depending on how long packages are tied up in customs.
Duty and customs fees are not included in the S&H rate.  Check with your Customs Office for rates. 
If you request that your package be sent as a gift, you may avoid the duty. 

UPS options --
Single packages usually will cost less via USPS... see above.
UPS Worldwide Express is the fastest but most expensive.
UPS Worldwide Expedited is still quite fast, but less expensive as we can offer discounts off of the posted rates. Email us for more info. Packages are insured for $100 each with the option of purchasing more insurance. Brokerage fees, duty and customs fees are not included in the S&H rate.

Customs Fees, Duty and Delivery Charges - Please be aware that you are responsible for these charges. They are NOT included in our S&H. Call your Customs Office for rates and info.

PROCESSING TIME: Most orders will go out the same day they are received depending on availability of the items you want, their weights and colors. We will email or call you if we have questions. Orders that come in late in the afternoon may not make it out the same day.
