MVP Discs Golf Discs
The MVP Ion disc golf discs were the first disc manufactured by Maple Valley Plastics which is a full service Plastic Injection Molding manufacturer, a leader with ISO 9001: 2000 Certification. They specialize in Plastic Injection Molding and Mold Design. Next in the disc golf line was the Vector midrange driver.
MVP introduced the Ion Putter using a two-step injection molding process. First they run the inside core with the desired flexibility. Then they mold a softer material around the outside. A softer outside edge will aid in grabbing the chains and dropping into the basket. The plastics are mechanically and chemically bonded to form a solid union.
